V.; Petryshyn, O. V.; Петришин, Олександр ВолодимировичThe aimis to investigate if the overweight (OW) and obesity (OB) impact on the quality of life (QOL) of children with bronchial asthma (BA). Materials and methods: The study included 73 children aged 7 – 17, with moderate BA. Depending on the body mass index, patients were divided into the three clinical groups: normal body weight (NW) – 30 children, OW – 28 children and OB – 15 children. QOL was conducted by the Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (PAQLQ). The statistical processing was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics Base (version 22) and EZR version 1.32. Results were considered statistically significant when p<0.05. Results: Children with BA and OB had statistically lower QOL than children with BA and NW in all PAQLQ domains. The Kruskal-Wallis H-test revealed a statistically significant difference between the different weight groups of children with BA both for the general QOL: H(2) = 37.51, p<0.001and for each rating scale separately. Pairwise comparisons using Steel-Dwass test indicated that scores of NW were observed to be significantly different from those of OW and OB for rating Activity and Symptoms scales (p<0.001). Conclusion: Comorbid OW and OB reduce the specific QOL of children with BA. In assessing the effectiveness of specific approaches to treating BA in children with OW and OB, an assessment of the QOL of children should be added to the traditional common clinical and laboratory assessment.Документ Health-saving factors of youth responsibility formation at physical training and recreational establishments(Aluna Publishing, 2021-06) Novik, S. V.; Петришин, Олександр ВолодимировичAim: The study is the validation and experimental checking of efficiency of health saving factors of youth responsibility formation at physical training and heath establishments. Materials and Methods: To achieve the aim and accomplish the tasks of the research a system of general scientific methods was used: interpretation and theoretical methods – analysis, synthesis, comparison and correlation; categorical oppositions and extension; empirical. Ethic committee of Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University does not have any remarks regarding usage of research methods. Results: The problem of responsibility formation as a moral and ethical, social and educational category is analyzed and the specific features of its formation at the juvenile age are defined; environmental influence factors on youth responsibility formation are established. After the formative stage of the experiment the positive dynamics of youth responsibility formation levels in experimental groups is fixed; it is confirmed that the dynamics in experimental groups is significantly higher than in control groups. Conclusions: To sum up it should be noted that a problem of healthy lifestyle is considered to be a national problem that requires the development of health saving technologies that allow having an influence upon habits, behavior stereotypes and values of the people which lead to the realization of the necessity of health care. Materials and methods: We used following set of theoretical research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and scientific-methodical literature, which made it possible to identify existing contradictions, to formulate the specifics of the introduction of innovative technologies in the process of training of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy and to find possible ways of its improvement. We also used generalization and systematization of research data, which allowed to form the theoretical and methodological basis of the study. We performed a synthesis of scientific theories, approaches and concepts to identify favorable conditions for the formation of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy. Among empirical methods we used observations and surveys. Conclusions: Our research shows that the use of such interconnected innovative pedagogical technologies as: technologies of personal and professional development, technology of full acquisition of knowledge, information and communication technologies, exploratory research technologies and technologies of contextual education contributes to the effective implementation of the educational process of training specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy in a medical school.Документ Pedagogical characteristic of physical therapy specialist’s to be natural-science competence and stages of its formation(Aluna Publishing, 2021-06-06) Fastivets, A. Materials and methods: To achieve an object of the research a complex of research methods was used, in particular, theoretical ones: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodic literature, methodic and normative documents ; synthesis and systematization of research data; synthesis of scientific theories, approaches and conceptions to define the conditions of education of physical therapy specialist to be; empirical methods: observation and questioning. Conclusions: In process of the research were defined: step-by-step specific features of natural-science education process, functions , typical activity tasks and types of skills of physical therapy specialist to be which made it possible to define the criteria of the formation of natural-science competence and formulate their competence characteristics. V.; Петришин, Олександр ВолодимировичThe aim: To identify risk factors for metabolic syndrome; to model, justify and experimentally test the effectiveness of a program of complex health training for mature men with MS. Materials and methods: Theoretical – analysis, generalization, pedagogical observation, modelling; empirical – methods of implementation of the results in practice (pedagogical experiment involving 50 mature menwho had no contraindications to training), methods of monitoring and measuring of physical evolvement, body systems functional status (samples: Rufier, Stange), general performance level (Harvard step test), medical indicators (blood glucose level, arterial tension). Results: A complex organized health training program (graduated, systematic, all-round motor activity managed by an instructor) showed better results (24,5 %) compared an independent health training system(15,2 %). Both types of activity contributed to weight loss(CG2 – 10,1 %; EG2 – 15,5 %) and reduction of body parts overall size; functional improvement of cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the male body, in particular in the indicators of the Stange test (CG2 – 29,8 %,EG2 – 33,9 %), Ruffier index (CG2 – 5,8 %, EG2 – 23,0 %) and step test (CG2 – 15,8 %, EG2 – 26,9 %); positive changes in blood glucose levels (CG2 – 20,7 %, EG2 – 31,5 %) andarterial tension (CG2 – 6,2 %, EG2 – 9,8 %); development of different muscle groupsstrength endurance. Shapoval and S.M.Novik claim that nowadays the scientists do not pay enough attention to the development of the essential professional psychophysical qualities of a healthcare professional and do not ascertain the influence of Physical Education on personality features. That is why the study of the problem which provides the adequate level of adaptation, health strengthening and the development of professional psychophysical competence is relevant. Practical research value lies in the development of the program by the authors of the article (which is based on the authentic ideas, henceforth we further will call it as Program) and methodological support material for Physical Education course in order to have an efficient impact on systematic development of students’ psychophysical qualities while using experimental diagnostic methods of estimation of perspective specialists’ technical and tactical background and physical one respectively. We are speaking about the professional physical trainings for students who pursue their degree while studying at the following faculties as Medical Faculty, Pediatrician and Stomatological Faculties where sports playing technics are implemented. The aim - is to define an effectiveness of methodology for diagnostic and estimation of perspective specialists’ physical qualification. Materials and methods. 180 students of UMSA took part in the experiment. They were divided into two groups: the experimental group (EG – 91 students) and the control group (CG – 89 students). To define the level of students’ (EG) readiness index the range of the effective certificated medical biological methods were used. Results. The influence on general physical state index was studied during the implementation of the Program PPPT which stands for Practical Professional Physical Training. This index shows the functional state and psychophysical abilities that is important for professional activity of medical workers. The tests gave us an opportunity to diagnose individual level of physical abilities and control the effectiveness of physical education during PPPT. It is proved that Program implementation propels an improvement of each component of students’ (EG) practical professional physical abilities and functional preparation as well. The effectiveness of given PPPT model was confirmed with the help of statistic changes of general functional preparation. Означене актуалізує необхідність удосконалення програм професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів медичних закладів вищої освіти з обґрунтуванням оздоровчо-тренувальної технології фізичного виховання майбутніх лікарів, заснованої переважно на використанні силових видів спорту, зокрема стренфлексу. Аналіз науково-методичної літератури засвідчив, що у вітчизняному та зарубіжному освітньому просторі успішно впроважуються та функціонують авторські методики професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів-медиків.
