The authors emphasize that there are cross-cultural researches on adaptation study and that adaptation has multi-facetated character due to its proven applied significance but not only the theoretical one. L'obésité est connue pour être l'un des symptômes du syndrome métabolique. Actuellement, un grand nombre de gènes ont été décrits, dont le polymorphisme est associé à l'obésité, et leur nombre ne cesse de croître . Ceux-ci incluent des gènes pour les récepteurs adrénergiques, comme le montrent de nombreuses études dans divers groupes ethniques. Les mécanismes sous-jacents à ces associations avec l'obésité restent largement inexplorés. It is known that stomach cancer in men and breast cancer in women is widely-spread. Multi-sided research by specialists’ from many branches o f Science all over the world is essential to achieve as early as possible proper diagnostics, treatment and prevention. On the other hand, cthiolhropic and pathogenetic therapy either often impossible or is not single and is applied together with the symptomatic one. Breast tumors in women (and in men) represent good example of gender typological aspect applying in Medicine. If to take into account the patients’ ethnicity one can speak about ethnic-gender typological aspect. Interesting research about cognitive rehabilitation effectiveness in relation to retrospective and prospective memory worsening in Iranian women sick in breast cancer under chemotherapy demonstrated its valuable positive effect particularly while being helpful for reducing the chemotherapy side effects.Документ Pain perception in the Ukraian and Iranian students with various temperament type(КГМУ им С. M.; Tkachenko, Elena; Ткаченко, Олена ВікторівнаWe assessed temperament type in 54 Iranian and 54 students (by Eysenck questionnaire) and its influence on pain perception. 27 choleric Iranian students possessed less pain threshold and thus higher pain sensitivity than 27 cholerics from Ukraine. 13 sanguinics from Ukraine and Iran did not exhibit valuable difference in pain perception. 7 phlegmatics and 7 melancholics from Ukraine had significantly bigger pain sensitivity comparatively to the Iranians same amount. Conclusions. We suppose several possible ways of received asymmetry explaining: morpho- functiona! brain hemispheres and autonomies! nervous system asymmetry (mediators and hormones asymmetry); brain hemispheres, vessel walls b.cchemical asymmetry because of high erythrocyteadsorbtion-desorbtion potential; interrelations between membrane-determined erythrocyte indexes; 4) individual asymmetry profile in animals. La nécessité de prendre en compte l'échange d'expériences trans culturelle s par des étudiants de différents pays est soulignée. Les auteurs accordent également une attention particulière à la divulgation du besoin d'établissements d'enseignement à différents niveaux (enseignants, conservateurs de groupes académiques, employés des bureaux de Dean, psychologue, administration) afin de maximiser la création des conditions les plus optimales pour le développement du plus fort et le plus rapide possible adaptabilité des étudiants étrangers. The authors emphasize a tendency to vegetative-vascular dystony in modern foreign students taking following results into consideration: mosaic character or profile of the students’ autonomic reactions when one indices group was undergone to vagal influencings in bigger extent while another group – to the sympathetic ones, that did not allow to make one-digit conclusion about vagotony or sympatheticotony; pressor character of classic depressor reflexes (Chermak’s, ocular-cardiac or Dagnini-Ashner’s) which performance resulted not in arterial pressure lowering and pulse retardation (bradysphygmy) but in increasing the arterial pressure and pulse acceleration (tachysphygmy); heart rate variability; tendency to have so-called hard pulse; diminished duration of vital lungs capacity, Shtange’s and Hench’s respiratory probes; weakening or paradoxal character of Miuller’s and Walsawa’s conjugated reflexes between heart-vascular and respiratory systems; very weak first heart tone at very loud second and on the contrary, very weak one tone in one auscultation point and very loud – in another one, very weak aortal valve auscultation and even weaker or absent pulmonary and on the contrary. This research set increases the essentiality of vegetative-vascular dystony (dys-function) multi-facetated study in part in foreign students for their good health maintaining and their proper adaptation performing.
