Clinical case of acute kidney injury in a patient with dependent syndrome due to the use of opioids

Abstract

Acute kidney injury is a syndrome that occurs as a result of an acute decrease in glomerular filtration and is manifested by acute disorders of kidney-regulated indicators of homeostasis processes and is associated with a high risk of mortality. In particular,opiates can cause nephrotoxic kidney damage. Aim: The purpose of the study is to analyze the obtained data of an extraordinary clinical case with the determination of the main links of the polymorbid condition pathogenesis, to study individual patient management schemes depending on the nature of clinical manifestations, prognosis and risk of fatal complications.
