Анотація
New teaching methods in higher education institutions are covered. The structure of the lecture course should be based on the methodological principles of developmental learning; seminar-practical classes should be developed in combination with lectures, supplementing their content by learning new material and
acquiring certain practical skills. It is a question of activization of process of training, adjustment of its direction from pure acquisition of knowledge on training at which knowledge is the mediator for formation of skills and abilities. It is necessary to use such methods of control that activate the educational and cognitive activities of
students, namely: testing, programmed control, final interview, development and defense of graduation theses in the form of abstracts and real projects, etc.
