Анотація

The article deals to rather important problem which is in the attention focus in the Science many branches in many countries of the world – education foreign applicants’ cultural adaptation or acculturation. The authors give literary review as well as propose own ways of improving the acculturation for example: the students’ academic groups proper filling not by the entrance order but taking the political relationships as well as cultural and religious customs and traditions into consideration; curator not formal working with their groups but with all their hearts, while being Advisors, Helpers more than tutors; the teachers’ being Psychologists, good managing the Differential Psychology, Ethnic Psychology by them; the applicants’ education maximal individualization due to taking their typological belonging into account.
