Метаболические изменения у больных дифтерией

Abstract

Доведено важливу роль порушень в антиоксидантній системі та активації реакцій перекисного окислення ліпідів у патогенезі дифтерії, особливо в розвитку важких і ускладнених форм. Виявлено особливості клінічних та біохімічних показників у залежності від перебігу і періоду хвороби. Запропоновано додаткові критерії встановлення її важкості та прогнозування перебігу; An important role has been proved of disturbances in an antioxidant system and activation of reactions of lipid peroxide oxidation in pathogenesis of the diphtheritic infection, especially in the development of its severe and complicated forms. The peculiarities have been revealed of some clinical and biochemical indices depending on the severity of the course and period of the disease. The additional criteria have been proposed of determining its severity and prognosing of its course.
