Архетип трікстера в романі Дж. Керуака «Бродяги Дхарми»

Abstract

Образ трікстера первісно є предметом вивчення антропології та психоаналізу. К. Г. Юнг описує образ трікстера як «я», відкинуте в далеке минуле колективної свідомості, як відображення свідомості людини, яка щойно почала відходити від тваринного світу. Пізніше також ряд дослідників-міфологів, антропологів і літературознавців також присвятили свої роботи феномену трікстера. На нашу думку, в романістиці Дж. Керуака архетип трікстера реалізується через образ друга або посібника головного героя-оповідача, що присутній майже у всіх романах автора. В романі «На дорозі» - це Дін Моріарті, в романі «Доктор Сакс» - Доктор Сакс, в романі «Бродяги Дхарми» - Джефі Райдер.The image of the trickster was originally the subject of study of anthropology and psychoanalysis. C.G. Jung describes the image of the trickster as "I", thrown into the distant past of the collective consciousness, as a reflection of the consciousness of man, who has just begun to move away from the animal world. Mythologists, anthropologists and literary critics have also dedicated their work to the phenomenon of the trickster. In our opinion, in J. Kerouac's novels the archetype of the trickster is realized through the image of a friend or a guide of the main character-narrator, which is present in almost all the novels of the author. In the novel «On the Road» it's Dean Moriarty, in the novel «Doctor Sax» - Dr. Sax, in the novel«Dharma Bums» - Japhy Ryder.
