Гальваноз: утруднення в діагностиці

Abstract

З появою в зуболікарській практиці металевих протезів у стоматологів і їхніх пацієнтів з'явилися і нові проблеми: на стороннє тіло (зубний протез або пломбу) організм багатьох пацієнтів реагував негативно. Більшість сучасних конструкційних матеріалів для виготовлення вкладок і зубних протезів не є індиферентними для організму людини. При цьому пацієнти скаржаться на присмак металу, печіння і пощипування язика, зміни смакової чутливості, рясне слиновиділення або, навпаки, сухість у роті, першіння в горлі.

The use of metal dentures in dental practice gives rise to new problems of dentists and their patients: organisms of many parents have negative responses to foreign matters ( dentures or fillings). The most of uptodate materials used in making inlays or dentures are not indifferent to the human body. As a rule patients complain of the taste sensitivity changes, hyposalivation, and vice versa sensation of oral dryness, scratchiness. About 461 patients concluded specialists of dental postgraduation department about similar complaints. But galvanosis at the admission to the department was not made. The most patients changes their orthopedic appliances We have thoroughly analysed materials which are commonly used and created a special form which is filled on under the examination of patients with sings of galvanosis in oral cavity.
