Сучасна педагогіка в Україні в контексті освіти впродовж життя

Abstract

У статті надано характеристику процесу навчання впродовж життя, його етапів та призначення. Розглянуто проблему необхідності навчання дорослих, показано, які базові навички сприяють ефективності цього процесу, обґрунтовано актуальність відбору та використання цих навичок у сучасному суспільстві. Визначено основні компоненти безперервного формування освітнього середовища. Наведено погляди на роль освіти в сучасному суспільстві. Охарактеризовано типи освіти в Україні в контексті її здобуття на різних етапах життя. Висвітлено та подано короткий опис етапів розвитку системи освіти з позиції забезпечення глобального розвитку суспільства, освіти та зайнятості протягом усього життя людини. Представлено основні фактори, що забезпечують якість освіти в Україні. Окреслено проблеми освіти дорослих, проаналізовано індивідуальні особливості цього процесу та погляди науковців на цілі освіти впродовж життя. Наголошено, що розвиток людського потенціалу, система підготовки, професійної перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації залишаються одними з найгостріших проблем української економіки. Виокремлено головне завдання освіти дорослих в Україні як створення культурно-освітнього середовища, яке забезпечує сприятливі умови для навчання та виховання. Розглянуто формальну та неформальну освіту з позиції освіти дорослих. Приділено увагу якості навчання та факторам, які забезпечують якість освіти.

The article describes the lifelong learning process, its stages and purpose. The problem of the need for adult education is considered, it is shown what basic skills contribute to the effectiveness of this process, the relevance of the selection and use of these skills in modern society is substantiated. The main components of continuous formation of the educational environment are determined. The views on the role of education in modern society are presented. The types of education in Ukraine in the context of its acquisition at different stages of life are described. A brief description of the stages of development of the education system in terms of ensuring the global development of society, education and employment throughout human life is highlighted and presented. The main factors that ensure the quality of education in Ukraine are presented. The problems of adult education are outlined, the individual features of this process and the point of view of scientists on the goals of lifelong learning are analyzed. It is emphasized that the development of human potential, the system of training, retraining and advanced training remain one of the most acute problems of the Ukrainian economy. The main task of adult education in Ukraine is highlighted as the creation of a cultural and educational environment that provides favourable conditions for learning and education. Formal and non-formal education in terms of adult education are distinguished. Attention is paid to the quality of education and factors that ensure the quality of education. It is noted that at the moment the human potential of Ukraine is characterized by negative transformation processes, there is a low efficiency of state regulation of human development. The most common problems faced by modern Ukrainian managers and executives due to shortcomings in economic and other professional training have been identified. The need for effective investment in the education of personnel of enterprises is emphasized, the most effective ways to increase the efficiency of investing in human capital are outlined, emphasizing the professional use of modern active teaching methods, Internet technologies and relevant technical support in the educational process.
