Обоснование применения кларитромицина в комплексной терапии больных с заболеваниями органов пищеварения

Abstract

The article gives a review of the literature on pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics of antibiotic macrolid clarithromycin (klacid). On the bases of the own research a conclusion has been made about the high efficiency of klacid in the complex treatment of patients suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease with helicobacterial infection in the cardial portion of stomach; from ulcer with associated helicobacte- riosis, acute and chronic recurring, pancreatitis accompanying infection, chronic non-calculus cholecystitis with staphylococcus in bile, staphylococcus enteric dysbacteriosis. It was proved that comparing with antibiotic erithromycin, the treatment with klacid gives relatively low side-effect frequency and degree of manifestation.
