Критерії сформованості фахових компетентностей майбутніх лікарів у процесі природничо-наукової підготовки

Abstract

Автором розглянуто зміст понять «критерій», «показник», «рівень»; виявлено загальні вимоги до критеріїв; визначено та обґрунтовано критерії сформованості фахової компетентності з урахуванням її внутрішньої структури та показники виявлення кожного критерію; представлено чотири рівні сформованості фахових компетентностей майбутніх лікарів у процесі. В статье рассмотрено содержание понятий «критерий», «показатель», «уровень»; выявлено общие требования к критериям; определено и обосновано критерии сформированности профессиональной компетентности с учетом ее внутренней структуры и показатели выявления каждого критерия; представлено четыре уровня сформированности профессиональных компетентностей будущих врачей в процессе естественнонаучной подготовки. природничо-наукової підготовки. The criteria and performance levels defined on the basis of the nature of the structural components of professional competence of physicians, taking into account pedagogical conditions of formation of the integrative characteristics. In the article the author deals with the meaning of «criterion», «index», «level»; the general requirements of the criteria are found; defined and reasonable the criteria of formation of professional competence with regard to its internal structure and indicators of each criterion are defined and based; four levels of professional competence of doctors in the natural science training are presented. The criteria, indices and levels are defined on the basis of the nature of the structural components of professional competence of physicians, taking into account pedagogical conditions of formation of the integrative characteristics.
