Formation of a modern medical teacher in the context of innovative activity as an important professional component

Abstract

This publication examines issues related to the current stage of the formation of a medical teacher in the context of innovative activity as an important professional component. It was shown that the innovative activity of a modern teacher, in particular a medical teacher, will be more effective if the professional approach is changed in the context of a complete rejection of well-known cliches, stereotypes in teaching, upbringing and development of the personality, current standards, will create new goals and will always be willing to perceive the new as positive and develop pedagogical educational innovations.

У даній публікації розглянуті питання які стосуються сучасного етапу формування педагога медичного профілю у контексті інноваційної діяльності як важливої професійної складової. Було показано, що інноваційна діяльність сучасного викладача, зокрема медичного профілю буде більш ефективною, при зміні професійного підходу у контексті повної відмови від відомих штампів, стереотипів у навчанні, вихованні й розвитку особистості, діючих нормативів, створить нові цілі і завжди охоче сприйматиме нове як позитивне та розроблятиме педагогічні освітні інновації.
