Ця стаття досліджує важливість інноваційної діяльності в процесі формування та розвитку професійної компетентності педагога, особливо в контексті співпраці з викладачами закладів вищої освіти. Вона розглядає використання передових методик та педагогічних підходів в освітньому процесі, а також звертає увагу на інноваційні технології, які можуть покращити якість освіти. Також висвітлює важливість взаємодії між педагогами та викладачами для спільного досягнення педагогічних цілей та покращення освітнього процесу. Автори аналізують стратегії та методи реалізації інноваційних підходів у практичній діяльності, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності навчання та розвиток педагогічних знань та навичок.
