Швидке та максимальне знеболення є одним із першочергових завдань стоматологічної практики та важливим критерієм кваліфікації лікаря. У практиці стоматолога біль найчастіше пов'язаний із запальними та травматичними процесами в зубах, пародонті, щелепно-лицевих кістках, скронево-нижньощелепних суглобах тощо. Сучасні невирішені теоретичні та практичні питання раціональної анестезії вимагають від науковців та лікарів пошуку принципів її вдосконалення. Одним із запропонованих напрямків є використання нових лікарських форм анальгетиків, які характеризуються прискоренням швидкості початку дії препарату або збільшенням його тривалості. Rapid and maximal pain relief is one of the primary tasks of dental practice and is an important criterion for a doctor's qualification. In the practice of a dentist, pain is most often associated with inflammatory and traumatic processes in the teeth, periodontium, maxillofacial bones, temporomandibular joints, etc. The current unresolved theoretical and practical issues of rational anesthesia require scientists and doctors to search for principles of its improvement. One of the proposed directions is the use of new dosage forms of analgesics, which are characterized by accelerating the speed of onset of the drug's action or increasing its duration.
