Locus control in the dexters, sinisters, ambidexters among hseiu “UMSA” Iranian students and poltava regional hospital dental patients

Abstract

We assessed interhemispherical asymmetry individual profile in 50 Iranian students of different courses of medical and dental profiles by generally used methodics of Louria as well as in 50 patients of Poltava Regional Hospital in various departments. The distribution was as following as: 25 dexters, 20 sinisters and 5 ambidexters (both among the students and among the patients). We used anamnesis for sinistrality character determining: real, hidden, unreal. The results showed that all sinisters and ambidexters possessed external control locus while dexters - the internal one.
