Мetric indicators of lobular stromal-vascular and stromal- parenchymal ratios of lacrimal glands of laboratory rat

Abstract

The laboratory rat has 3 separate lacrimal glands, namely the extraorbital, infraorbital and Harderian glands. The aim of the stuty to obtain and compare the stromal-vascular and stromal-parenchymal indices of the extraorbital, infraorbital and Harderian glands of the laboratory rat. The obtained morphometric data in different loci of the extraorbital gland indicate a decrease in the stromal-parenchymal index in the direction from the gate of the individual gland to its periphery by 3.83 times. The least pronounced changes in the lobular ratio of stroma to parenchyma occur within one and two adjacent lobules of the gland, where the difference is 1.27 units. The vascular-parenchymal index indicators at different levels of this gland differ slightly. In the infraorbital lacrimal gland, the stromal-parenchymal index gradually decreases from the level of the gland's gate towardsthe individual lobule and directly within it, the difference between these loci is 4.09 units. The vascular-parenchymal indiceswithin two adjacent lobules and within the lobule are 0.14 and 0.11 units,respectively, that is, practically identical. The stromal-parenchymal index at the level of the gate of the Harderian gland is 2.68 units, at the level of two adjacent lobules 1.62 and within one lobule 0.69. The numerical value of the index decreased by 3.8 times, the difference in indices within two and one lobule is 2.3 units. The vascular-parenchymal index in the gate of the gland is 0.41, and at the level of adjacent and one lobule it is 0.31 and 0.21 units, respectively. The difference between the maximum and minimum indicators here is almost 2 units, and the difference between the indicators within two and one lobule is almost 1.5 units. A gradual decrease in the thickness of the connective tissue layers towards the terminal sections is observed in all lacrimal glands of the laboratory rat, which contributes to closer contact with exchange microvessels and nerve fibers. Лабораторний щур має 3 окремі сльозові залози, а саме - екстраорбітальну, інфраорбітальну та Гардерову. Мета Дослідження - отримати та порівняти стромально-судинний та стромально-паренхіматозний індекси екстраорбітальних, інфраорбітальних та Гардерових залоз лабораторного щура. Отримані дані морфометрії в різних локусах екстраорбітальної залози свідчать про зниження стромально-паренхіматозного індексу у напрямку від воріт індивідуальної залози до її периферії в 3,83 рази. Найменш виражені зміни у часточковому співвідношенні строми та паренхіми відбуваються в межах однієї та двох суміжних часточок залози, де різниця становить 1,27 одиниці. Показники судинно-паренхіматозного індексу на різних рівнях цієї залози відрізняються незначно. В інфраорбітальній сльозовій залозі стромально-паренхіматозний індекс поступово від рівня воріт залози у напрямку до індивідуальної часточки і безпосередньо в її межах зменшується, різниця між цими локусами становить 4,09 одиниці. Судинно-паренхіматозні показники в межах двох суміжних часточок і всередині часточки становлять 0,14 та 0,11 одиниць відповідно, тобто практично тотожні. Стромально-паренхіматоний індекс нарівні воріт Гардерової залози дорівнює 2,68 одиниці, на рівні двох суміжних часточок 1,62 і в межах однієї часточки 0,69. Цифрове значення індексу зменшилося в 3,8 рази, різниця показників в межах двох та однієї часточки становить 2,3 одиниці. Судинно-паренхіматозний індекс у воротах залози дорівнює 0,41, а на рівні суміжних та однієї часточки він дорівнює 0,31 та 0,21 одиниць відповідно. Різниця між максимальним і мінімальним показником тут становить практично 2 одиниці, а різниця показників в межах двох і однієї часточки становить майже 1,5 одиниці. У всіх сльозових залозах лабораторного щура спостерігається поступове зменшення товщини сполучно-тканинних прошарків у напрямку кінцевих відділів, що сприяє більш щільному контакту з обмінними мікросудинами та нервовими волокнами.
