Час як чинник формування стереотипів української політико-правової ментальності: соціально-філософський аналіз

Abstract

Автори статті зауважують, що надзвичайно важливим чинником формування політико-правових стерео- типів українського етносу є час. Час виступає однією з ключових категорій філософії, в якій вона тлумачиться як незворотна течія (з минулого через теперішнє у майбутнє), в надрах якої реалізуються всі існуючі у бутті процеси та явища, що розглядаються як факти. При цьому, можна виділити астрономічний (звичний для повсякдення індивіда) та соціальний (історичний) час,що сприймається лише великими соціальними організмами і який є найбільш значимим у контексті даного дослідження. У статті аргументовано, що міра тривалості процесів в історичному часі змінюється з розвитком суспільства і є величиною відносною. Одиниці історичного часу співвідносяться не з абсолютними хронологічними масштабами, а з помітними зсувами та змінами в середовищі соціальних процесів, тут в якості одиниць відліку фігурують поняття «формація», «епоха». Тривалість історичного часу виявляється різною для різних формацій, епох, систем, оскільки хронологічно за один і той час вони проходять різні шляхи розвитку. В переломні моменти людської історії (революції, соціальні катаклізми і тощо) спостерігається більш висока «густина» часу в порівнянні з повсякденням. Правові стереотипи українського етносу формуються протягом певного проміжку соціального часу під впливом потужних факторів його суспільно-історичного розвитку. Процес творення політико-правової ментальності українського етносу під впливом подій, явищ, процесів його суспільно-історичного розвитку, а також факторів географічного розташування та особливостей навколишнього природного середовища, що надзвичайно болісно сприймаються соціальною спільнотою і, як наслідок, зумовлюють трансформації в змісті її настанов, автори визначають як ментальний стресогенез. У ХХ–ХХІ століттях, внаслідок приско-рення процесу протікання соціально-історичного часу, спостерігається й активізація стресогенезу вітчизняної політико-правової ментальності.

The authors of the article note that time is an extremely important factor in the formation of political and legal stereotypes of the Ukrainian ethnic group. Time is one of the key categories of philosophy, in which it is interpreted as an irreversible flow (from the past through the present to the future), in the bowels of which all existing processes and phenomena that are considered as facts are realized. At the same time, it is possible to distinguish astronomical (usual for the everyday individual) and social (historical) time, which is perceived only by large social organisms and which is the most significant in the context of this study. The article argues that the measure of the duration of processes in historical time changes with the development of society and is a relative value. Units of historical time are not related to absolute chronological scales, but to noticeable shifts and changes in the environment of social processes, here the concepts of "formation", "epoch" appear as units of reference. The duration of historical time turns out to be different for different formations, eras, and systems, since chronologically they go through different development paths during the same time. At turning points in human history (revolutions, social cataclysms, etc.), there is a higher "density" of time compared to everyday life. Legal stereotypes of the Ukrainian ethnos are formed during a certain period of social time under the influence of powerful factors of its socio-historical development. The process of creating the political and legal mentality of the Ukrainian ethnos under the influence of events, phenomena, processes of its socio-historical development, as well as factors of geographical location and features of the surrounding natural environment, which are extremely painfully perceived by the social community and, as a result, lead to transformations in the content of its instructions, the authors define as mental stressogenesis. In the 20th-21st centuries, as a result of the acceleration of the process of socio-historical time, there is also an intensification of the stressogenesis of the domestic political and legal mentality.
