Personalized approach to the management of patients with type 2 diabetes and comorbidities

Abstract

The results of this work make an important contribution to the development of new approaches for the diagnosis and control of complications of type 2 diabetes on the local and regional levels.The information about diabetes mellitus type 2, that is a severe chronic disease, characterized by the high risk of lethal complications, primary renal damage and cardio-vascular events. To prevent severe complications, it’s important to focus on the early diagnostics and appropriate management of these conditions.
