Анотація
В роботі розглядається правильність побудови діаграм Ейлера-Венна при розгляді каріесоген- них чинників. Аналізується сумісність і підпорядкованість елементів діаграм. Робиться висновок про необхідність внесення коректив в побудову цих діаграм. Була зроблена спроба створити модель, в якій реалізується каріозний процес з урахуванням ієрархії елементів, зв'язків і взаємодій між ними. Вона також є спрощеною, оскільки в ній відсутні деякі області, про які людство має знання. Зокрема, це невказані системи людського організму. Також зроблено спрощення за рахунок віднесення екологічних, соціальних і поведінкових риск-факторов в область довкілля;
В данной работе была рассмотрена правильность построения диаграмм Эйлера-Венна при рассмотрении кариесогенных факторов. Анализируется совместимость и подчиненность элементов диаграмм. Сделан вывод о необходимости внесения корректив в построение этих диаграмм. Была произве¬дена попытка создать модель, в которой реализуется кариозный процесс с учетом иерархии элементов, связей и взаимодействий между ними. Она также является упрощенной, т. к. в ней отсутствуют некоторые области, о которых человечество обладает знанием. В частности, это неуказанные системы человеческого организма. Также произведено упрощение за счет отнесения экологических, социальных и поведенческих риск-факторов в область окружающей среды;
The correctness of constructing the diagrams of Euler-Venn, regarding caries-provoking factors, has been enlightened in this article. A modern concept of caries development was thoroughly described in the theory of Keyes. According to it, an optimal caries-provoking situation in the oral cavity is required for the caries lesions to occur. For that cause the effect of factors, therefore called caries-provoking, is needed. Their effects were displayed in a form of the Euler-Venn diagram by P. H. Keyes in 1963. In his conception it was noticed that caries develops only when the following factors successfully match: caries-provoking microflora, easily digested carbohydrates and low resistance of the enamel - so called «threefold of Keyes». Following diagram was modified throughout the time. A concept of minimal intervention dentistry (MID) was formed due to the occurrence of new views on etiology and pathogenesis of caries and applying modern technologies in cariesology. MID was meant to present caries-provoking factors as risk factors of caries occurrence. Due to their gradually increasing number, factors were ought to be systematize. Risk factors were divided into five groups. A definition of «diversification» was introduced. This led to the formation of the system of preventative measures, aimed at the minimization of caries risk factors. Following increase of the informational array and uncertainty about the conclusions burst an interest to re-consider the views on cariesology.
The number of elements leading to the process of caries, according to our previous article about logical calcula¬tions, was set up to six. However, in the MID doctrine there are four supplementary risk factors: ecological, social, behavioral and general somatic. Those should be as well included into the model. It could be done by using Euler- Venn’s diagram.
During our work we have attempted to create a model which realizes the process of caries, considering a hier¬archy of elements and their cooperation. This model is rather simplified, for it omits several fields of human knowledge. In particular, those are non-pointed systems of human organism. A merge of ecological, social and behavioral risk-factors into the environmental sphere has brought up simplicity as well.
