Abstract

Комплексне обстеження жінок на етапі планування вагітності та під час вагітності має включати визначення вмісту вітаміну D. Лабораторне підтвердження гіповітамінозу вітаміну D є показанням до корекції його вмісту в організмі жінки. Субклінічний гіповітаміноз вітаміну D може бути однією із причин ускладненого перебігу вагітності: загрози переривання вагітності, викидня, раннього гестозу, кандидозного вагініту, анемії.

Комплексное обследование женщин на этапе планирования беременности и во время беременности должно включать определение содержания витамина D. Лабораторное подтверждение гиповитаминоза витамина D является показанием к коррекции его содержания в организме женщины. Субклинический гиповитаминоз витамина D может быть одной из причин осложненного течения беременности в ранние сроки: угроза прерывания беременности, ранний гестоз, кандидозный вагинит, анемия.

The research objective consisted in studying of features of flow of pregnancy in the first trimester at women with the reduced maintenance of vitamin D at blood. Stuff and research methods. 63 pregnant women are surveyed. Findings of investigation and their discussion. Carrying out of the offered treatment-and-prophylactic actions at a stage preconception preparations and during I- th trimester of pregnancy has allowed to reduce frequency subclinical hypovitaminosis D in 5,0 times, threats of an abortion till 8 weeks - in 2,5 times, signs of early gestosis of middle degree - in 4,0 times, candida vaginitis and anemias of easy degree - in 3,7 and 8,9 times accordingly in relation to standard conducting pregnancy. Conclusions. Complex inspection of women at a stage of planning of pregnancy and during pregnancy should include definition of the maintenance of vitamin D. Laboratory acknowledgement hypovitaminosis of vitamin D is the indication to correction of its maintenance in an organism of the woman. Subclinical hypovitaminosis of vitamin D can be one of the causes of the complicated flow of pregnancy in early terms: threat of interruption of pregnancy, gestosis, candida vaginitis, an anemia.
