But taking into account that the obtained large number of morphometric indicators is rather complicated, then there is a need for a correlation analysis, where the presence of dependencies between morphometric indicators was determined using the Bravais – Pearson coefficient. It was established that diagnostic criteria for assessing the functional state of rat submandibular glands after ethanol is manifested by the dependence of the outer diameter, lumen diameter and epithelial cell height on day 12 in all parenchymal components, which corresponds to the formation of chronic alcohol dependence in rats.Документ Morphofunctional characteristic of hemomicrocirculatory bed in the red bone marrow when modeling an acute aseptic inflammation in rats(Українська медична стоматологічна академія, 2020) Boruta, N. V.; Борута, Наталія Володимирівна; Борута, Наталия ВладимировнаIn modern medicine, the structural components in various organs and tissues have been studied in great detail, but at the same time there are no works which would study hemomicrocirculation in the red bone marrow in the modeling of acute aseptic inflammation in rats, where reactive changes of morphological and functional character take place. The purpose of the work was to study the morphological changes of the components of the hemomicrocirculatory bed in the red bone mrrow of rats when modeling an acute aseptic inflammation. The work was performed on 50 mongrel white rats, divided into 2 groups: Group I–5 intact animals, Group II included 45 animals, which were simulated an acute aseptic peritonitis. In experimental groups of animal, an immediate, but reversible, increase in the penetration of venules and capillaries was observed, due to the active reduction of microfilaments in endothelial cells. In vascular lumens, during the experiment, a sludge syndrome was observed, which led to the difficulty of perfusion of blood corpuscles through the wall of the venule, which is a morphological confirmation of the inflammatory process.Документ Morphofunctional characteristics of hemomicrocirculatory bed’s vessels of the pancreas in rats and at central deprivation of testosterone synthesis(Українська медична стоматологічна академія, 2020) Борута, Наталія Володимирівна; Борута, Наталия Владимировна; Boruta, N. V.In an experimental study of vessels of the hemomicrocirculatory bed of the exocrine pancreas in rats, it was found that the microvessels responded to the introduction of diferelin by persistent dilatation of arterioles during the first month of the experiment by 4.12% compared to the intact group of animals. The exchange component responded by increasing its average diameters, increasing its lumen by 1.93% compared to the intact animal group. The vessel capacity of the pancreas’ hemomicrocirculatory bed during the first month of the study responded with enlargement, increasing its lumens by 2.46% compared to the intact group of animals. Certain clinical situations require prolonged usage of inhibitors of testosterone synthesis. Scientific literature provides limited information regarding the influence of prolonged deprivation of testosterone synthesis on production of NO and microscopic organization of rats’ testes. Prolonged central deprivation of testosterone synthesis leads to endothelial dysfunction, development of fibrosis, decreases the nitric oxide production and shifts pro-/antioxidant balance in favor of the pro-oxidants without increase in lipid peroxidation intensity. Central deprivation of testosterone synthesis leads to fibrosis with subsequent disruption of the structural organization of the convoluted seminiferous tubules, hemodynamic disturbances, endothelial dysfunction, increased density of the vascular wall of blood vessels and systemic stasis. Decreased production of NO from constitutive isoforms of NO-synthase plays major role in development of structural changes in the interstitial tissue of testes on the 270th day of the experiment.Документ Specific structure of the normal rat gastric fundus wall(Українська медична стоматологічна академія, 2020) Yachmin, А. By means of morphometric research the basic metric indicators of a wall of fundal department of a rats’ stomach and histotopographic features of own glands are established.
