O.; Ляхова, Наталія ОлександрівнаThe aim: Is to study the dynamics of students' physical fitness level while differentiating physical education classes in accordance with their somatic health and nosology of diseases. Materials and methods: The paper presents the results of a study of the dynamics of the physical fitness indicators of students in the process of physical education. The study involved 660 students between the ages of 17 and 25. Testing of students' physical fitness was performed using the method of control measurements. Research methods included the theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observations, testing, pedagogical experiment, and the methods of mathematical statistics. Results: At the end of the experiment, the students of the experimental groups (both male and female) showed authentically (р<0.05–0.001) better indicators of the control tests than the students of the control groups. Conclusions: It was established that the introduction of the original program of differentiating classes in accordance with the level of students' somatic health and nosology of diseases into the process of physical education has a positive effect on their physical fitness level. L.; Ляхова, Наталія ОлександрівнаAim: To investigate the impact of pedagogical means of working capacity restoration on students’ results in exercises of a cyclic nature. Materials and Methods: Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical observation, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. 58 students engaged in kettlebell lifting took part in the pedagogical experiment (28 students formed the experimental group, 30 – the control group). 123 coaches and 139 athletes who specialized in cyclic kinds of sports were involved in the survey. Results: It was found out that pedagogical means of restoration and improvement of working capacity are the main ones in the process of training athletes in cyclic kinds of sports. It was determined that with the growth of the athletes’ qualifications, the level of their knowledge and skills regarding the use of pedagogical means of restoration during the training process increases. It was established that the students of the experimental group achieved significantly better results in competitive exercises. Conclusions: Scientifically based, purposeful and constant use of pedagogical means of restoration and improvement of working capacity both in the training process and beyond the educational and training process is a mandatory condition for improving competitive results in cyclic kinds of sports and is a good basis for maintaining high working capacity of student-athletes and preserving their health.Документ The impact of health-promoting technologies on university students’ physical development(Aluna Publishing, 2022-09) Nosko, M. A.; Голованова, Ірина АнатоліївнаAim: To investigate the impact of training sessions on the ground of health-promoting technologies upon students’ physical development in higher educational institutions. Materials and Methods: A group of 50 female students aged 17 to 22 was under our observation for a year. All of them were divided into the experimental (E) and the control (C) groups. The E group female students (n=25) were regularly involved in training sessions using healthpromoting technologies, the C group female students (n=25) did not take part in this type of activities. Results: The positive impact of training sessions based on health-promoting technologies upon the physical development of the E group students was revealed. A significantly better level of strength and flexibility development was noted in the E group students, compared to the C one. A statistically significant difference was found after the experiment in the E group students’ indicators of static balance, vestibular stability, accuracy of assessment of strength, time and spatial parameters of movements. Conclusions: A rationally constructed system of training sessions based on health-promoting technologies stimulates biological processes, supports the functioning of both individual organs and the students’ body as a whole. This will contribute to strengthening students’ health, increasing their motor activities, improving the efficiency of both learning and future professional activities.Документ The nature of motivation for a healthy lifestyle in children of different ages(2023) Griban, G. O.; Єрошенко, Галина АнатоліївнаAim: To study the types of motives for a healthy lifestyle (HLS) in children of different ages. Materials and Methods: The research involved 150 children. The children were interviewed using the questionnaire developed by the authors, which contained 15 questions, using Google Forms. The survey was anonymous without any references to the authors made in the article. Methods: bibliosemantic, systematic analysis and generalization, medical and sociological, and statistical data processing. Results: The psychosocial stages of children's development have been revealed and the motivation of children of different ages for a HLS has been characterized. It has been found that 72.0 % of the surveyed children have sufficient knowledge about the essence of a HLS, but most of them do not use this knowledge, only one-third regularly adhere to a HLS. Among the dominant motives for a HLS, children named the desire not to get sick (36.0 %), to be a physically healthy and spiritually rich individual (16.0%), to promote health and improve posture (12.0 %), to have a good physique (12.0 %). Conclusions: The availability of knowledge but the lack of appropriate skills and parental control lead to children's neglect of a HLS and, consequently, their health. In the process of forming children's HLS motivations, it is necessary to intensify the work of parents, taking into account the individual and age characteristics and needs of their children, and taking into account the priority sources of information about maintaining their health.
