Досліджуються психолого-педагогічні підходи до сутності феномену самовизначення, розкривається взаємозв'язок досліджуваного процесу з формуванням складної професійно-особистісної. Обґрунтовується роль особистісної активності в успішному професійно-особистісному самовизначенні й зростанні майбутнього фахівця.The author discribes psychological and pedagogical approaches to the essence of the phenomenon of self-determination, the relationship of the process under study with the formation of a complex professional and personal quality - professionalism, which is the determining condition for the future competitiveness of specialists. The role of personal activity in successful professional and personal self-determination and the growth of a future specialist is substantiated.
