Анотація

The authors described the significance of laterality degree assessment in Evolutionary Biology, Ethnography, Pedagogy, Psychology, Sport Sciences and touched its role in Medicine insignificantly in part in Pediatry and related Sciences taking typological aspects into consideration such as ethnic, gender, age and the complex one/s, sinistrality cultural (including forced sinistrality in African countries), hormonal (hypertestosteronism during pregnancy and testosterone impact on the embryo right hemisphere and callosal body anterior areas bigger development in the maternal womb) and genetic mechanisms (among which genes Lefty and Nodal are the most known). The authors also mentioned that PSMU chair students’ scientific research group representatives under the guidance of the candidate of medical sciences Tkachenko Elena, as well as other teachers paid and pay much attention to typological aspects and thus typological belonging importance during educating the foreign students, while differentiating the works about psychological and physiological peculiarities of left-handed and right-handed International students from various countries to help them to reach academic, cultural and cross-cultural adaptation in the biggest possible extent. Separate attention was and is paid to studying the interhemispherical asymmetry individual profile applied significance in part for pathological conditions development in the left-handed people.
