Abstract

The results o f rebamipide influence investigation on the condition of mucous barrier o f gastroduodenal zone in patients with peptic ulcer, nonassociated with Helicobacter pylori are given in this article. Rebamipide prescription on the background o f acid suppressive therapy increases adaptive mechanisms of mucus barrier by the way o f syaloproteids degradation prevention, improvement of fucoproteids synthesis and reduce of collagenolytic activity witch causes acceleration of achievement o f clinico-endoscopic remission.
