Анотація
One of the main mechanism of action of free radicals and lipid peroxide oxidation is a part of decreasing of resistance of cellular and subcellular membranes of hepatocytes the violance of functional activity of the liver and intensification of collagen formation in Kupfer cells and lipocytes that results in fibrotization of the liver. Hepabene is mentioned above decrease the processes of lipid peroxide oxidation and increase antioxidant protection of the organism.
