Особливості вибору пломбувального матеріалу в клініці терапевтичної стоматології в залежності від стану твердих тканин зубів

Abstract

As a result of the study, we tried to substantiate the choice of the filling material depending on the condition of the hard tissues of the teeth by studying the indexes of the intensity of the carious process, the hygienic indices in the patients during the treatment with the study of the microcrystallisation of the oral fluid in connection with the mineralizing potential of the oral liquid and the clinical evaluation of the state applied sealing materials using adhesive systems of 5 and 7 generations in patients of experimental groups according to USPHS criteria (United St ates Public Health Service). According to the results of the study, the material of 2 subgroups of CHARISMA (Heraeus Kulzer), Single Bond 2 (Single Bond 2) 3M Espe was found to be the best indicator for the treatment of patients without signs of increased tooth erosion. The data presented by us in the clinical study were based on pre-conducted laboratory studies on the use of the proposed materials.
