Результати дослідження стану слизової оболонки протезного ложа на етапах ортопедичного лікування у пацієнтів з повною адентією

Abstract

В роботі представлені результати вивчення стану слизової оболонки протезного ложа у пацієнтів з повною втратою зубів на етапах ортопедичного лікування. При цьому впроваджено у діагностичний процес авторський спосіб виявлення запалення слизової оболонки порожнини рота на етапах ортопедичного лікування. Встановлено, що зростання середнього показника гістограми слизової оболонки порожнини рота доводить вплив механічного навантаження знімної пластинкової конструкції на рівень гіперемії слизової оболонки протезного ложа, та підтверджує позитивне значення внутрішньокісткових імплантатів як факторів раціонального перерозподілу жувального тиску.; В работе представленные результаты изучения состояния слизистой оболочки протезного ложа у пациентов с полной потерей зубов на этапах ортопедического лечения. При этом внедрен в диагностический процесс авторский способ выявления воспаления слизистой оболочки полости рта на этапах ортопедического лечения. Установлено, что рост среднего показателя гистограммы слизистой оболочки полости рта доводит влияние механической нагрузки съемной пластиночной конструкции на уровень гиперемии слизистой оболочки протезного ложа, и подтверждает позитивное значение внутрикостных имплантатов как факторов рационального перераспределения жевательного давления.; The paper presents the results of studying the condition of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed in patients with complete loss of teeth during the stages of orthopedic treatment. In this case, the author's method of detecting the inflammation of the oral mucosa in the stages of orthopedic treatment is introduced into the diagnostic process. The research was carried out in patients of the first experimental group, who made complete removable plate dentures according to the traditional method and the second experimental group, who made complete removable plate dentures based on intraosseous implants using dental magnetic abutments of their own design. According to the results of the study, changes in the mean histogram in the mucous membrane of representatives of the first and second groups before treatment were found: at the level of 197,7333 and 198,7612 mind. unit respectively, which proved to be statistically comparable. At 7 pm this figure in group 1 decreased to 142.7296. while in group 2 the mean value of the histogram decreased to 125.3113. The revealed fluctuations and the difference between the two groups can be explained by an increase in hyperemia due to an acute reaction to a surgical intervention. A special benefit is the significant increase in the mean value of the histogram for 30 days in individuals of both the first and second groups, which indirectly demonstrates the course of regenerative processes after the surgical intervention. However, the growth of the average histogram was significantly more significant in group 2 (180.2504 units). At the same time, in the group 1, this figure was 159.6392 mind. o .It was established that the growth of the average index of the histogram of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity proves the effect of the mechanical load of the removable plate structure on the level of hyperemia of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed, and confirms the positive significance of intraosseous implants as factors of rational redistribution of masticatory pressure.
