Abstract

Оn the basis of the half-thin histological cuttings’ series study (the material being received using the method of the tweegers’ biopsy at gastrofibroscopic recearch) it has been established that the most essential morphological symptom of the destructive changes in the gland epithelium of the stomach pyloric part mucous membrane at the ulcer disease is the enlargement of the intercellular space in the wall of the ending parts and the excreting gland ducts, it being evident in the enlargement of the clear space between separate glandulocytes with a simultaneous disturbance of the connective complex at the interdigitation area.
