Автори наголошують на необхiдностi говорити про найрозповсюдженi патологiчнi стани, за даними ВОЗ, на заняттях як на теоретичних, так i на клiнiчних кафедрах, щоб бути в змозi забезпечити швидшi та найефективнiшi профiлактику та лiкування. Вони також придiляють увагу доцiльностi поєднувати наукову та педагогiчну дiяльнiсть пiд час аудиторноï та позааудиторноï дiяльностi, щоб мотивувавти студентiв набувати глибшi теоретичнi знання, тому, що вони можуть бачити ïх беспосереднє застосування у своïй професiйнiй дiяльностi; це э також важливим, тому що Киïвський Крок-Центр почав давати зовсiм новi питання на лiцензований iспит. Автори описують питання, з якими вони мають справу на заняттях вiдносно найрозповсюдженiших патологiчних станiв, зокрема, на базi наукових даних, отриманих викладачами кафедри фiзiологiï окремо та разом зi студентами студентськоï науковоï групи.
