Криза ідентичності «маленької людини» в художніх творах В. Г. Короленка

Abstract

The paper explores the problem of identity crisis in a critical era on the material of the stories of V.G. Korolenko. This work studies factors that cause the identity crisis, in particular, changes in the socio-cultural system, as well as its positive consequences, namely: providing opportunities for innovation - new traditions, social roles, norms and patterns of behavior. The example of Korolenko's heroes shows the transformation of the image of the "little man" initiated by Gogol's "The Overcoat" and the theme of "humiliated and disadvantaged", which was explored by realist writers (F.M. Dostoevsky, M.O. Nekrasov, etc.). In the works of V.G. Korolenko this traditional theme for Russian literature grows into a theme of protest, due to the identity crisis of the so-called "little man".На прикладі короленківських героїв простежується трансформація образу «маленької людини», започаткованого гоголівською «Шинеллю», та теми «принижених і знедолених», до якої зверталися письменники-реалісти (Ф.М. Достоєвський, М.О. Некрасов та ін.). У творах В.Г. Короленка ця традиційна для російської літератури тема переростає в тему протесту, що зумовлено кризою ідентичності так званої «маленької людини»
