Language is one of the most important or, better to say, the most important thing to pay attention to. Because through language, human beings communicate with each other and meet their needs. One of the factors that have a significant impact on language learning is memory. Now the role of memory in language learning is a topic that we will address in this article. The research method of this article is of the library type, which we will deal with by reviewing reliable sources and related books during a month. Eventually, we realized that a bit of knowledge of psychology is essential for all teachers. Materials and Methods: The pedagogical experiment lasted during 2020-2022 in Poltava region. The study involved 50 people who were divided into 2 groups: EG (25 people), CG (25 people), including representatives of different ages from 12 to 72 years, all of them complained of physical fatigue, lack of mood, apathy, emotional imbalance – irritability, lack of self-regulation during the experience of traumatic situations. The research methods were as follows: analysis of special and scientific literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, methods of statistical data processing. Results: The results of our research indicate the effectiveness of the method of psychological relief of patients who complained of physical, psychological overload, lack of mood, apathy, emotional imbalance – irritability, aggression towards others, uncontrolled experiences of traumatic situations. Conclusions: The proposed method of psychological relief, which helps to prevent psychological problems, correction of psychological state, provides psychological health through optimal use of psychophysiological reserves of the human body and reserves of aeroapiphytotherapy, has a number of significant differences from traditional: the method differs in that at each successive stage is aeroapiphytotherapy.Документ Therapeutic Physical culture as a Method of Rehabilitation of Preschool Children with Intellectual Disabilities(2021) Saiko, Nataliia; Yalanska, Svitlana; Hordiienko, Oksana; Atamanchuk, Nina; Zhamardiy, Valeriy; Жамардій, Валерій ОлександровичThe article is a theoretical justification and presentation of the results of testing the program of therapeutic physical culture as a means of rehabilitation of children with intellectual disabilities, provision of proofs of its effectiveness. To obtain objective data in solving the tasks, the following research methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of psychological, pedagogical and medical literature, observation, experiment, comparison, methods of mathematical processing. We have created an educational and methodical complex, which includes a system of correctional work with children of preschool age 5–6 years with intellectual disabilities; systematized various areas of correctional and developmental work in classes of adaptive physical culture, which helps to improve the quality of life in preschool children 5–6 years with intellectual disabilities. The application of the program of therapeutic physical culture in the rehabilitation process of preschool children with intellectual disabilities had improved the motor activity of children, developed the ability of self-control, ability to follow the instructions of the teacher, to act together, to manage the emotional state and to respond to external signals.
